Description We are offering a short term contract opportunity for a PC Technician in the Internet Service Provider industry, located in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware, utilizing various technologies, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC hardware, including Dell and IBM systems

• Utilize Linux Technologies in the maintenance and operation of computer systems

• Handle Mac Computers and ensure their seamless operation and maintenance

• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems

• Manage customer inquiries related to Active Directory

• Maintain and troubleshoot Apple Devices as part of the job role

• Utilize Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and integrity

• Carry out Cable Installation for computer systems and networks

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Process customer applications and maintain accurate records Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Experience with IBM systems

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies

• Comfortable working on Mac Computers

• Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies

• Experience with Active Directory

• Ability to work with Apple Devices

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Experience in Cable Installation

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
