Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Chandler, Arizona. As part of our team in the Internet Service Provider industry, you will be tasked with an array of responsibilities that involve computer hardware, Linux technologies, and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues related to PCs.

• Install and configure Dell, IBM, and Mac computers for customers.

• Provide technical support and guidance to users on how to operate newly installed products.

• Perform AB testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of computer systems.

• Maintain and update Active Directory systems.

• Manage and troubleshoot Apple Devices within the network.

• Implement and manage backup technologies to secure data and ensure its availability when needed.

• Carry out cable installation tasks for new and existing customers.

• Continuously update skills and knowledge on new technologies and industry trends.

• Collaborate with team members to improve systems and network performance. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of IBM systems and solutions

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies

• Experience with Mac Computers

• Understanding of AB Testing methodologies

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Experience in Cable Installation

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

• Excellent customer service skills

• Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge
