Responsibilities

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. The OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career as an OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST.

• You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients with varying general orthopedic to neurological conditions.

• We are seeking a passionate and skilled therapist who can utilize evidence-based practice and Clinical Practice Guidelines to deliver high-quality patient care.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in an Outpatient Rehab setting, experience in Pelvic Floor therapy, and a strong general Physical Therapy background.

• You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program required.

• Arizona License in professional area.

• Current American Association BLS card.

• Computer skills required.

Preferred:

• Two years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care preferred.

• Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.

• Prior use of electronic health record preferred.

• Experience in an Outpatient Rehab Setting.

• Pelvic Floor Therapy experience.Strong general Physical Therapy background.

Pay Range

$36.96 - $53.60 /hour
