Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Highly skilled in Jira. Creating, maintaining, linking, creating dashboards.

• Highly skilled in Confluence. Documentation expert. Both in creation and publishing

• Highly skilled in Sharepoint

• Someone who has been a Technologist - worked in a technology environment.

• Self-driven, self-motivated

• Go getter, tenacity

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.

• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

• Primary for tracking EPIC goals, creating dashboards for use by scrum teams and leadership (ex: changes, incidents, releases)
