Technical Support (IT) Intern – Summer 2025
Job Summary:
The Technical Support Intern will report to the Director of Information Infrastructure. In this role you will gain hands-on experience working on multiple help desk activities, implementing technical updates, and running diagnostics.
Duration of Internship: May 19th – August 8th
Key Job Responsibilities:
Assist with technical support and help desk activities including, but not limited to:
End User administration – reset passwords, group membership, access to software
Perform daily tasks in Array’s IT ticketing system
Perform updates on devices
Provide Technical assistance to users in the office, via the phone, or chat
Partner closely with our team of Project Engineers, Program Managers, and IT Technicians.
Review performance using analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a BA or BS degree program in Computer Information Systems, or another related field.
Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work creatively and strategically.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
This position is located onsite in our Chandler, AZ office.
Relocation is not available for this role.
US Person is required for this role.
Work hours will be Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Juniors preferred as this opportunity has a strong chance of transiting into a full-time/perm role.
