Job Title: Equipment Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Technician where you will be responsible for setting up machines and ensuring they are operating at peak efficiency. Your role will involve proper machine set-up, adjustments, preventative maintenance, and conducting minor mechanical repairs. You will work in a fast-paced production environment across three buildings, collaborating closely with other technicians, packagers, and machine operators to maintain and optimize equipment functionality.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and spans across three buildings, specifically in the Inserting Department, Bindery Department, or DOD Department. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes other technicians, packagers, and machine operators, all dedicated to maintaining and enhancing equipment efficiency. The role requires comfort with both mechanical and minor electrical/software tasks.
