Bongards' Creameries Powder Handler - Night Shift in Chanhassen, Minnesota

Description Bongards is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join us as a Powder Handler at our facility located in Bongards, MN. Milk? That's easy, everyone knows it comes from cows. Job Summary: This position consists of mixing all required ingredients for each product in accordance with the recipe. Job Duties Dumping of 50 lb. bags of ingredients into feed hopper or blenders. Data recording of lot numbers for all ingredients added to the blender. Maintaining immediate work area in a neat and orderly fashion. Responsible for the removal of garbage and used bags from the work area. Must be able to pass the forklift training and maintain a license. Must keep in communication with grinder operator. Assist in other areas when necessary. Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person. Other requirements: Must demonstrate a commitment of both food and employee safety. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical capabilities: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to climb ladders occasionally.
