Cimarron is seeking an

ExecutiveDriverwith a TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraphto provide safe, discreet, and reliable transportation in the Chantilly, VA area.This is a unique opportunity to support critical missions while demonstrating excellence in confidentiality, professionalism, and service.

Key Duties

:

  • Transporthigh-level officials safely and on time between designated locations using various vehicles in the fleet with minimal supervision.
  • Maintainawareness of complex schedule transportation requirements.
  • Communicate with multiple administrative personnel to coordinate vehicle and/or driver resources efficiently, as needed.
  • Maintainstrict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
  • Arrangefor vehicle care and maintenance (i.e., oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.) based on service manual requirements and daily scheduled transportation needs.
  • Coordinate major repairs with appropriate approving authority.
  • Recordmileage and expenses incurred during driving duties and reportto appropriate personnel for processing.
  • Document vehicle service records to track costs and maintenance of vehicles as well as to justify the replacement of the car at the appropriate time.
  • Determine themost appropriate route to the destination by reviewing maps and performing dry runs.
  • Maintainawareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, and adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
  • Guide less experienced personnel on building layout and access requirements, as needed.
  • Work within the Supply Chain area to perform other tasks the SCM manager assigns.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • 4 or more years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Possesses a current and valid drivers license.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of walking, standing, climbing, and descending stairs, bending and lifting items, packaging materials, and unloading materials from containers frequently throughout the shift.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
