Who You Are

Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman. Operates designated machine or equipment. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as directed.

This role will be located in Chantilly, VA, and will be expected to travel between our facilities in Chantilly and Springfield, VA. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.

What You’ll Do

As a MHE Operator, you will:

• Operate and manage material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.

• Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

• Ensure safety regulations are followed within the warehouse environment.

• Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.

• Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Certification to operate Material Handling Equipment.

• 5+ years of proven experience as an MHE operator.

• Understanding of warehouse safety standards.

• Must Possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated CI polygraph.

• High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.

• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.

• Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
