Koniag Professional Services, LLC, Koniag Government Services Company, is currently seeking a versatile and experienced Organizational Change Management Manager with demonstrated expertise in change management strategies to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between clinical, business, and IT communities, supporting the development of content and configuration changes, process redesign, and organizational restructuring within the healthcare informatics sustainment organization. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize efficiencies and drive positive interactions across sectors. The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance is required.

Required Skills and Competencies:

The Organizational Change Management Manager will play a critical role in leading change management activities, collaborating with the Organizational Change Management Team and the client to redesign processes for Ticket Resolution and sustainment processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating configuration changes, packages, and defect adjudication

  • Serving as a liaison between clinical, business, and IT communities

  • Coordinating with core functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Educating team members on configuration processes and roles

  • Developing communication strategies to deliver key insights.

  • Identifying ways to enhance monitoring and deliver better customer value.

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Organizational Development, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing change management.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CCMP, PROSCI, MBTI, DISC, EQi 2.0, Green Belt, HR Analytics Certifications

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience in process mapping, organizational design, and communication strategy

  • Proficient in project management and coordination activities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing

  • Familiarity with MS Office, Visio, PPT, SharePoint

  • Knowledge of healthcare informatics and organizational change management

  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance is required.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience with strategic organizational structure changes and policy implementation.

  • Ability to conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness.

  • Proficiency in leading change management activities using structured methodologies.

  • Strong risk mitigation and progress monitoring capabilities

  • Excellent stakeholder identification and management skills

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
