Pay: $25 per hour
Work schedule: Full time, Monday Friday, 7 am 3 pm

What you'll do: You'll be responsible for conducting assessments and providing group and individual therapy to sex offenders.
Essential Functions:
Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments using the approved assessment tool to include psychological tests, clinical interviews and other techniques designed to define treatment goals and strategies for inmates.
Design a specific treatment plan for inmates, based on their specific needs, risk factors and current assessment, incorporating learning objectives and objective standards from the sex offender treatment curriculum.
Conduct group counseling and individual counseling as appropriate based on treatment goals outlined during the initial assessment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Masters degree in counseling or related field
New Mexico Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC active or temporary, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) licensure required. License-eligible and new graduate candidates considered.
Valid driver's license in the state of New Mexico or the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
