- Provide administrative support for efficient operation of the office.
- Professionally communicate via phone, e-mail, mail, and in-person with employees, clients and the general public.
- Gather data and create a variety of status and financial reports.
- Scan documents and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Take stock and order office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling of conference rooms and various meetings.
- Organize special company-wide events.
- Assist HR Lead with job postings and HR related projects.
- Assist with new hire onboarding including employee badging and access requests .
- Assist Contracts Lead with contractual documentation .
- Other duties as assigned .

Candidate must have excellent organizational and verbal / written communication skills, with the ability to recognize grammatical and formatting errors in documents. Attention to detail is very important.
Must be able to complete assignments under tight deadlines.
