  • Provide administrative support for efficient operation of the office.
  • Professionally communicate via phone, e-mail, mail, and in-person with employees, clients and the general public.
  • Gather data and create a variety of status and financial reports.
  • Scan documents and maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Take stock and order office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling of conference rooms and various meetings.
  • Organize special company-wide events.
  • Assist HR Lead with job postings and HR related projects.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding including employee badging and access requests .
  • Assist Contracts Lead with contractual documentation .
  • Other duties as assigned .

Candidate must have excellent organizational and verbal / written communication skills, with the ability to recognize grammatical and formatting errors in documents. Attention to detail is very important.

Must be able to complete assignments under tight deadlines.
