Exciting Job Opportunity: Full-Time Financial Aid Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $12 per hour

Join our dynamic team as a Financial Aid Assistant and play a crucial role in helping students and parents navigate the financial aid process. You’ll assist with student aid applications, provide expert guidance, and manage key office duties like organizing files and tracking documents. This role offers valuable hands-on experience within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with FAFSA, tax documents, and financial aid counseling

• Support loan counseling and maintain accurate student records

• Process financial aid awards and update forms annually

• Collaborate with Admissions, Athletics, and other departments

• Monitor academic progress and work-study programs

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred

• 2+ years of financial aid experience (or 4+ years in accounting)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multitask

• Pre-Employment Requirements: Background check required.
