Hours: 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5pm but willing to be flexible to engage on 2 nd shift as well

What’s a typical day as an Account Manager? You’ll be:

• Managing client relationships and collaborating with account management teams

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and expanding usage of core and new business lines

• Responsible for the growth of the overall pipeline of opportunities and conversion ratio

• Developing customer and industry networks and maintaining positive business relationships

• Negotiating contract renewals and resolving service issues

• Developing strategic client plans and presenting business reviews

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent

• Have experience in account management, operations, or service delivery

• Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Have a strong financial knowledge and ability to understand profitability

• Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Have the ability to effectively influence both internally and externally

• Can balance client demands with internal capabilities and profitability
