Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk (Law Firm Billing Specialist)

Robert Half is recruiting for a reputable multi-billion dollar client seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate must possess proficiency in handling law firm invoices alongside the software applications LEDES, BillingPoint, and Legal Tracker.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the Accounts Payable process, including invoice receipt, validation, and reconciliation.

• Ensure accurate processing and recording of the company's invoices in line with legal regulations and standardized practices.

• Resolve discrepancies in invoices and facilitate necessary corrections.

• Communicate with law firms and internal teams to resolve billing issues professionally.

• Utilize LEDES, BillingPoint, and/or Legal Tracker software to manage law firm invoices.

• Ensure the security of all financial data and confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Assist in month-end closing and produce monthly reports as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Prior experience working in accounts payable or a similar accounting role, specifically with a focus on law firm invoices.

• Proficiency in LEDES, BillingPoint, and/or Legal Tracker software is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail.
