Job Title: AOG Aircraft Technician

Job Description

We are seeking experienced AOG Aircraft Technicians with 3-5 years of experience working on corporate aircraft. This role involves performing a variety of diagnostic and mechanical duties on multiple aircraft models, ensuring timely completion of work scope in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure work scope is completed timely and in accordance with established policy, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on various aircraft models, including disassembly, repair, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems.

  • Check, correct, or replace complex aircraft assemblies, landing gear systems, air conditioning systems, pressurization systems, and optional equipment installations.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of aircraft engines, mechanical systems, and components.

  • Work as a team member to meet customer expectations, assisting mechanics and avionic technicians as needed.

  • Assist the MST Lead Mechanic in ensuring equipment and tooling are inspected, properly maintained, and serviced for safe and efficient operation.

  • Ensure the MST vehicle is in safe operating condition, including fluid levels, tire pressures, and other necessary inspections and repairs.

  • Travel up to 200 miles outside of the base city.

  • Work on a rotating schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off.

Essential Skills

  • A&P license

  • 3-5 years of experience working on corporate aircraft

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent

  • Experience with King Air, Beechcraft, and Phenom aircraft

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license

  • Clean motor vehicle license required to operate company-owned vehicles

Work Environment

This role involves working as part of a Mobile Service Truck (MST) team, focused on maintenance activities and the work scope of customer aircraft. You will be required to travel up to 200 miles outside of the base city and work on a rotating schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off. The work environment emphasizes safety, orderliness, and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $56.00
