About the role

The purpose of this position is to support the project management team with multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for Move Management Projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with relocation and office move projects with new or existing construction of buildings.

What you’ll do

  • Support all facets of move management-related project efforts (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  • Floor decommissioning, inventory, and reallocation for buildings in the listed locations throughout the USA.

  • Coordinate all facets of move management-related project efforts (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  • Demonstrate ability to understand and apply standard documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, surveys, and drawings.

  • Coordinate move management-related work orders including furniture, small moves, and team moves.

  • Maintain efficient, timely, and professional communication with the project management team, vendors, and peers.

  • Interact with the team to define project requirements. Prepare MAC-related documents, vendor resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

  • Coordinate project resources from pre-qualified lists; Support project delivery resources/team providing collaboration to achieve project goals.

  • Coordinates communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.

  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a project management support role in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of two years of experience with scheduling Move Management Projects and floor decommissioning, inventory, and reallocation for corporate clients.

  • Must be available on weekends and off hours to support moves. Will be working a flexible schedule.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Effective, efficient, and professional verbal and written communication.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
