PeopleReady of Charlotte, NC is now hiring Bilingual Warehouse Leads! As a Bilingual Warehouse Lead, you will assist in securing outgoing shipments and lead a small team. This position requires good Spanish to English communications. And it is full-time, Monday-Thursday and it is a day shift position.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Bilingual Warehouse Lead :

• Assist in shift operations

• Work as a team to secure shipments on outgoing trucks

• Perform attendance and document those that are not there

• Ensure all associates meet performance goals and safety standards

• Train new hires on all procedures

• Work in all-weather under a covered roof

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Bilingual English to Spanish

• Warehouse experience is necessary

• Leadership experience helpful

• Ability to work in all weather

• Background check and drug screening required
