GENERAL FUNCTION : Responsible for executing on Business Transition Advisory strategy to achieve AUM goals and closed business through the improvement of referrals for wealth management services to business owners and business executives. Key role working with Region Private Bank, Commercial Bank and Capital Markets to expand the One Bank partnership and integration of W&AM and Wholesale to achieve client penetration and grow fee income.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Partner

· Responsible for developing strategic relationships with One Bank partners to execute on Business Transition Advisory strategy with focus on target client

· Provide support to the Capital Markets businesses by assessing whether securities products and capital markets services would be appropriate for a particular client, and working with the Capital Markets teams to provide those products and services to clients

· Deliver educational sessions to Private Bank, Middle Market, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets as well as external panels to highlight transition advisory capabilities, process and value

· Contribute to strategic alliances to integrate business transition advisory services for business owners and key executives as they navigate the complexities of wealth

· Proactively communicate with partners on referrals, opportunities, and prospects

Transition Advisory Services

· Provide advisory services to clients/families navigating complex business transitions minimum EBITDA of $5M or greater and post-transition liquidity of $15M or greater per owner.

· Strengthen and increase usage of the Private Bank to business owners and executives at every stage of their business life cycle including effective transition planning

· Execute on business transition processes and operating rhythms to develop and manage a robust pipeline leading to closed business and achievement of client experience and financial outcomes

· Contribute to continuous improvement of business advisory transition practice management

· Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years related Investment or Client Service experience (e.g. investment management and trust, legal or accounting).

· Required licenses: SIE, 7 or 79, and Series 63.

· Demonstrated track record of success in business development

· Strong relationship management skills with internal partners, COIs, and clients

· Exceptional client service skills

· Exhibits a sense of urgency and a continual drive to results coupled with an ability to partner effectively with management at all organizational levels.

· Displays the ability to be highly effective in a team-oriented environment and to build relationships based on added value, not title or authority.

· Demonstrates superior interpersonal negotiation, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

· Uses effective leadership, problem solving and analytic skills.

· Computer / Technical: Ability to use all Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel and Power Point.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.

· Extended viewing of CRT screen

· Travel required
