Robert Half Cash Application Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Cash Application Specialist in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. You will be part of a team that ensures the smooth running of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Oracle Fusion for Collections and Cash Applications

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Use Accounting Software Systems, CRM, Crystal Reports, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective management of tasks

• Use Great Plains (GPAC) for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions

• Manage Billing Functions and Cash Activity using Cash Applications

• Work with Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion HCM for streamlined operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Working experience with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Skills in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Ability to manage Cash Activity

• Experience in Cash Applications

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM

• Prior experience in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
