Wells Fargo is seeking candidates to join our CIB Banking Product Delivery team which drives best-in class Innovation and Technology initiatives supporting the bankers and executives that lead our coverage verticals of Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Energy & Power, Banks & Financial Institutions, Industrials, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure, Sponsor and Regional Investment Banking, and product lines of M&A, DCM, ECM.

The Business Execution Consultant will collaborate with business users across CIB Banking on a regular basis in addition to WF Strategic Partnerships, Strategy, AI Center of Excellence, Sourcing, and more. Key activities performed include:

  • Coordinate with Banking Technology, multiple enterprise teams and external consultants to guide the strategic development of Tech and Innovation initiatives

  • Research, evaluate and test third-party vendor products with regard to new capabilities for Banking, incremental cost or cost savings, and the ability to drive efficiencies and disrupt existing processes

  • Communicate product enhancements and facilitate constructive dialogue between business users and third-party vendors

  • Structure product Pilots and oversee the sunrise process with coordination between third-party vendors, Banking Technology, and multiple enterprise teams

  • Assemble presentation materials to detail new opportunities, product capabilities, status updates, and takeaways for senior management

  • Present on product opportunities to enterprise teams which oversee model risk and Traditional/Generative AI functionality

  • Balance workload with peers, in the US and internationally, to delivery timely work product in the fast-paced environment of Corporate & Investment Banking

  • Key skill sets needed: project management, data analysis, problem-solving skills, financial business acumen, and ability to integrate data into streamlined presentations

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of financial or analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in Investment Banking

  • Experience with traditional Investment Banking product suite (Ratings Agencies, CapitalIQ, FactSet, Bloomberg, etc.)

  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution

  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels - flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manipulate data sets (Business Intelligence Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros)

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
