Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description

Manage a direct project design team's work production and schedules. Coordinate and communicate with clients and consultants on projects. Manage quality and accuracy of deliverables. Serve as a technical resource to the project team and client. Stamp/seal work performed and work performed by those under direct supervision. Maintain project schedules and budgets. Assist in business development activities. Mentor junior staff. Project types include residential, commercial, urban infill, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, and parks & recreation.

Hard Skills

• 10+ years of experience in land development

• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect (PLA)

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina and some days remote.

Work Environment

Allow hybrid after 6 months (up to 2 days a week) - learning period. M-F: 8:30-5:30pm (flexible)
