Who you are:

  • Previous experience as a dog trainer

  • A passion for working with dogs and a commitment to positive reinforcement training methods

  • Availability for a full-time schedule

What you'll do:

  • Conduct individual and on-leash group training sessions for dogs of varying ages and breeds

  • Evaluate and address behavioral issues using positive reinforcement techniques

  • Educate pet owners on effective training methods and techniques

  • Stay updated on the latest training trends and methodologies

  • Ensure a safe and positive training environment for both dogs and owners

  • Facilitate intermediate training classes and above

  • Ability to create individualized training programs based on client needs

What you'll bring:

  • Positive reinforcement training background

  • CPDT-KA Training Certification preferred or minimum of 100 hours training experience
