Wells Fargo CPG - Work Order Management Associate in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Work Order Management - Business Execution Associate supporting the Corporate Properties Group (CPG) to provide oversight of all service request (corrective and preventative) within the CPG work order system (Corrigo) to ensure both business partners and 3rd party service providers meet or exceed their established service level agreements (SLAs). This role will be the single point of contact for a variety of Property Management vendors providing easy, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and a productive customer service experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Receive incoming emails, and requests from a variety of geographically located facilities in a professional, patient, and knowledgeable manner.

  • Determine the course of action for each service request based on pre-established guidelines and policies & procedures including escalations on approval, response, and completion of requested work.

  • Receive approval of 3rd party service provider quotes for auditing and initial approval. Audit each request for the summary of work, breakdown of cost in material, labor, and taxes.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of CPG Property Management business, strategies, policies & procedures to provide a consistent comprehensive level of service.

  • Provide accurate evaluation of each work order.

  • Find solutions to problems and assume a high level of ownership for achieving end-user satisfaction.

  • Maintain individual daily productivity statistics/performance metrics by tracking work completed.

  • Monitor work order management system (Corrigo) ensuring all service request flow through the process in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all service requests meet daily/monthly/annual SLAs

  • Identify areas of opportunity and utilizes skills/knowledge to suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with work order management systems preferably Corrigo or Servicenow

  • Corporate Real Estate Property Management experience

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills with the ability to ask the appropriate questions and handle difficult/stressful situations as necessary

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties daily

  • Detail oriented with highly developed problem-solving skills

  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on details and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week in office.

Salary Range and Locations:

  • AZ - Tempe: Min $63,600 Max $113,000

  • IA - West Des Moines: Min $63,600 Max $113,000

  • MN - Minneapolis: Min $63,600 Max $113,000

  • NC - Charlotte: Min $63,600 Max $113,000

  • AZ - Tempe: Min $63,600 Max $113,000

  • AZ - Tempe: Min $63,600 Max $113,000

  • May be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
