Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be handling customer accounts, processing applications, and ensuring accurate record keeping. Additionally, you will be in charge of resolving customer inquiries, making this role integral to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer applications

• Manage and coordinate appointments with homeowners, technicians, and site superintendents

• Handle an average of 30 phone calls per day, providing excellent customer service

• Maintain and update accurate customer credit records

• Use Salesforce.com and Yardi for customer account management

• Manage email correspondence and calendar appointments

• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for on-site appointments

• Use Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks

• Confirm and coordinate appointments, ensuring smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in managing customer accounts

• Experience with Yardi software

• Familiarity with property management practices

• Ability to handle email correspondence with detail and efficiency

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com for customer relationship management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Capability to manage calendars effectively

• Experience in booking appointments in a detail-oriented setting

• Skills to confirm appointments accurately and promptly
