Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide product or service information, and assist with order processing and returns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance the customer experience.
