The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.
Scope of Position
The Employee Engagement Senior Analyst will play a critical role in promoting a positive work environment and maximizing employee satisfaction. This position involves overseeing and implementing strategies related to employee engagement and company culture. The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Employee Engagement and will liaise with various teams within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, present for approval, and implement initiatives supporting the Engage IT Strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall D&IT organization’s strategy and goals.
Establish and execute Engage IT brand and communication strategy in partnership with HR, Corp. Comm. and employee initiative teams
Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of various engagement activities, including funding & resource needs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and increased employee engagement.
Produce detailed Voice of the Customer reports for all Engage IT initiatives and formulate insightful recommendations for forums, information sessions, events, etc., based on the findings.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop & communicate Engage IT metrics
Lead the organization, facilitation, and committee management for key leadership meetings including Supervisor Summit and L2 Leadership Team meetings.
Lead the organization, facilitation and management of Engage IT Global Champions
Oversee the implementation, communication, and standardization of processes for key initiatives such as Revitalization Days, Employee Info Sessions, Culture Moments, etc.
Up to 10% domestic travel.
Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
2+ years proven experiences with leading projects, facilitating events & organizing large-scale collaboration
Skilled in creating tailored presentations and leading effective, dynamic meetings
Excellent organizational and event planning skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Data collection, analysis & reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and applications
Experiences/Education - Desired
A passion for people and a commitment to service
A strong understanding of the dynamics that drive employee engagement
Proficiency with automation and data toolsets such as Power Automate and Power BI

The range for this position is $87,196.00 - $119,895.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
