Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Help Desk Analyst II in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will be providing support to over a hundred end users in our legal industry office, handling hardware and software issues, and managing service tickets. You will also be responsible for setting up and configuring computers for new team members.
Responsibilities:
• Provide level 2 support for both hardware and software issues
• Handle networking tasks such as tracing ports and demonstrating basic networking skills
• Manage service tickets, including walk-ups and AV support, with a sense of urgency and proactivity
• Assist with the set-up and imaging of computers for new team members, as well as handling departures
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers as needed
• Utilize Microsoft, Outlook 365, and Net documents to support end users
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Android Development.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Technologies.
• Expertise in Citrix Technologies is necessary.
• Ability to work with databases effectively.
• Experience with EO/IR systems is required.
• Proficient in managing and operating Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Apple Devices is essential.
• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Proven experience in Configuration Management.
• Expertise in handling Deployments.
• Proficiency in software and technologies.
• Experience with O 365 is necessary.
• Knowledge of Office 365 is required.
