Actalent Mechanical Project Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Title: Project Manager/Assistant Project ManagerJob Description

Direct activities of workers concerned with implementing environmental construction projects. Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables. Responsibilities include managing the timeline and budget throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and facilitating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. This role requires travel between sites, with a company vehicle provided. Most projects are in the commercial sector, including healthcare, higher education, pharma, and government.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina and some days remote.

Work Environment

Split between office handling administrative duties and visiting sites frequently to monitor progress and communicate with Owners, Architects, and Clients (OAC).
