OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CHARLOTTE AND SURROUNDING AREAS

PRIMARY JOB:

Understand our primary product lines, presentations, and negotiation skills so that you are successful in selling: Siding, Roofing, Windows, Baths, Insulation, Doors, Gutters, and Soffit and Facia.

This is a W2 position, you ARE a Company Employee.
100% Commission paid biweekly. Good Business and Production bonus + we incentivize YOU to go back out to YOUR customers with a CFU and REFERRAL bonus + we incentivize YOU with a lucrative 7% Self-Generated Lead bonus (JUST add HUSTLE to EARN).
Commissions are split, you get a 5% front end on YOUR next paycheck, a 5% back-end commission + we SHARE the profit with YOU!
No Cold Calling, daily leads provided + you dont pay for leads.
2-week - structured paid training program - and follow-ups at minimum monthly.
