Our client, Top Bank, is seeking a Capital Markets Procedure Writer to join their team.

Job Title: Procedure Writer/Documentation Specialist - CIB

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid 3 days)

What’s the Job?

• Write, review, and publish Markets Division documentation, primarily but not limited to, supervisory procedures

• Ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and adhere to all policy and regulatory requirements

• Complete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning

Policy and procedure writing- HAS to have Corporate Investment Banking experience- supervisory requirements are very specific to FINRA requirements of what they document within them and how they are documented.

What’s Needed?

• Financial services experience in Corporate and Investment Banking

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Microsoft Office skills

• Effective organization and prioritizing skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
