Our client, a leading organization in the banking and financial services industry, is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , problem-solving abilities , and a team-oriented mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Location: Charlotte NC

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for end users, including problem triaging and defect resolution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stable release deployments and platform stability.

  • Perform root cause analysis and create incident/problem tickets in systems like REMEDY.

  • Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure, Development, and Testing teams on releases, upgrades, and application support.

  • Manage production support responsibilities, including Disaster Recovery, Application Monitoring, and Production Governance.

What’s Needed?

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Informatica, UNIX/SHELL Scripting, and Autosys Scheduler.

  • Knowledge of Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management, and Problem Management processes.

  • Experience with ITSM tools such as REMEDY and JIRA.

  • Strong triage, issue resolution, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise between business and development teams.
