About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director within the Branch Systems & Transformation group who will be responsible for designing the vision and principles for our branch customer and employee experience. This leader will play a crucial role in transforming the way our branches serve customers; attract, engage, and retain top front-line branch staff; and advance our business objectives including customer and employee experience, growth, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the group product manager overseeing the roadmap and priorities for teams shaping branch experiences and roles.
Develop a service design architecture and customer journeys to inform our target branch customer experience.
Develop the choreography and interaction models to enable our transaction migration and customer growth and deepening business objectives.
Design and maintain the job family vision and partner with HR and Compensation on creating role definitions for branch employees, e.g. tellers, bankers, operations leads, and branch managers
Partner with peer product managers overseeing branch design, ATM/teller, enablement tools, and branch technology to inform their work to ensure all elements of the customer and employee experience work back from a consistent vision.
Work through product managers and leaders within or partnered with the product group overseeing incentives, reporting, training, recruiting, and management of front-line staff to consistently execute the product vision.
Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to determine the optimal organizational structure for retail branches, including reporting lines and team sizes.
In partnership with HR, establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each role to measure effectiveness and drive performance improvement.
Ensure that all branch roles comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies, including but not limited to banking regulations, customer privacy, and security.
Partner closely with Human Resources to ensure training, recruiting, and performance management programs and standards align with the roles' requirements and support career growth.
Continuously review and refine role designs based on feedback, industry best practices, and changing business needs.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in service design, experience strategy, or related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of retail banking operations and branch management, preferably through experience as a retail banking front-line leader.
Demonstrated expertise in product management and user-centric experience design
Experience using Design Thinking methods to develop business solutions
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Excellent decision -making skills
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse disciplines where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Excellent influencing skills
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Experience leading complex change initiatives
Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

Pay Range:
New York: $144,400-$300,000 annually
