Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, penetrate markets, and expand the customer base.

  • Lead and oversee the sales team, driving accountability and ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets.

  • Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and sales pipeline to evaluate performance and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor insights to inform sales strategies.
