Honeywell Senior IT Analyst - M&A in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a Sr. IT Analyst M&A here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Corporate Development team in mergers and acquisitions activities. You will be responsible for conducting requirement analysis, due diligence, and research to evaluate the system and data migration to Honeywell platforms. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to the growth and success of our organization in the highly competitive market.

You will report directly to our Corporate IT Director – After Market Services and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the strategic growth of Honeywell through your analysis and evaluation of potential acquisition targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the functions and SBG’s to understand the After Market Services (AMS) requirements and priorities

  • Collaborate with other groups like Architects, Business Partners, Business Analysts

  • Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the M&A businesses and their processes

  • Partner with project teams to ensure adherence to common process and definition of new processes

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or M&A • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • 1+ years’ experience in Salesforce platform • Excellent communication and presentation skills

WE VALUE

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, IT or a related field - Master's degree preferred • Experience in the aerospace or industrial sector • Knowledge of M&A best practices and industry trends • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
