Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated Senior Lead Business Accountability Specialist to join an exciting fast-paced team working on multiple critical initiatives to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) reporting and analytics that are leveraged company-wide.

You'll make an impact to a high visibility cybersecurity program and be a part of a team responsible for metrics and analytical reporting for Identity and Access Management. The ideal

We need someone who will have experience in dealing with large datasets, and be able to design reports ts and metrics and using WF supported internal analytical tools. You'll have skills in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Python, Alteryx etc. If you have knowledge of and some exposure to open source machine learning and artificial intelligence tools that is a big plus!

In this role, you will:

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term IAM metrics, reporting and control strategies on behalf of cybersecurity

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging issues and risks which require understanding of business-specific knowledge related to identity and access, independent risk, audit, legal, IT, systems security, business process management, and applicable cybersecurity and IAM acumen

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant IAM solutions that are large-scale, multi-faceted, long-term, or companywide strategies

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Help identify opportunities to leverage data and automation tools to support IAM's objectives

Experience with risk metrics, KPIs, monitoring to thresholds, reporting, analytics, business process design, process modelling, and current and target operating models

Record of driving innovative solutions from ideation through implementation while maintaining focus on detail, design, and continuous improvement to solve complex business needs

Strong history of performance improvement, efficient and successful project implementation.

Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Thoughtful implementation of operational data to measure past, present, and forecasted performance and productivity

Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, and communicate progress to business leaders

Proven ability to maintain multiple high-visibility priorities while demonstrating initiative and accountability in a constantly changing environment.

Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentations skills across technical and non-technical groups

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years experience working with data and engineering teams to optimize reports, dashboards and ETL processes

5+ years experience with tools such as JIRA, MS-PowerApps, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Python, Alteryx etc.

5+ years experience leveraging Python, SQL, SAS, Cron, and other analytic enablement tools

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with leadership presentations, organizing complex concepts into easy to understand business narratives

Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus

Strong book-of-work management and organizational skills

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Experience leading risk projects to deliver complex data driven risk management solutions

Hands-on ability to manipulate data and tools to prototype and present solutions

Confident and self-motivated producer of original ideas and solutions, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues

Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent presentation skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
