About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Conduct Management Allegations & Operations Management team, within Sales Practices and Conduct Management (SPCM). SPCM manages allegations of misconduct effectively when they arise, we reduce employee misconduct by sharing allegation insights with our business partners, and we demonstrate understanding and empathy for the employees that we serve.

You will identify, lead, and support the day to day progress against strategic objectives and goals of the organization, including driving effectiveness, efficiency, and connectivity across the team. This seasoned professional will serve as a change management champion, thought leader, and driver on business strategy for the executive leader and the senior leadership team. This role will connect work streams and act as a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • This role includes overseeing daily operations in support of executive team members, such as working with department leaders on project coordination, planning workshops, facilitation of timely decision making, implementation plan adherence, task prioritization, RAU budget adherence and management, and business administration activities.

  • Build collaborative relationships with senior leaders in Conduct Management Operations and Allegations Management to provide strategic solutions for complex challenges; support and coordinate the prioritization of business strategies, serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership, and provide support and expertise for implementing innovative and business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

  • Proactively identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization; provide tactical support to implement ideas; provide coordination for special projects and initiative. Suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management.

  • Develop and implement various assessments, materials and presentations to key stakeholders and senior management. Integrate an overarching narrative that illustrates progress against commitments, issues / risks that exist, and what the path forward looks like, and report on progress to business leaders in existing forums and ad-hoc sessions. Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Wells Fargo Sales Practice and Conduct Management department and familiarity with the processes and procedures for the group.

  • Experience coordinating leadership meetings or team engagement all-team calls - creating deck and agendas.

  • Experience developing executive level presentations, communications. initiatives, programs and business reviews

  • Experience coordinating communications to ensure reaching the target audience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders

  • Strong written communicator skills

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • Experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives

  • Experience partnering with HR

  • Interact with internal business partners with high level of professionalism

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Ability to influence senior leaders across a matrixed organization to create engagement and drive results.

  • Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus

  • Self-driven, self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced, unrelenting environment

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC

  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
