About this role:

The Wells Fargo Technology CyberSecurity Division's Platform Management team provides platform management and service operations and operational reliability engineering support for the CyberSecurity organization.

We are seeking a Senior Lead Cyber Security Change Management Consultant to join the Resiliency & Services Management team. You will actively engage with CyberSecurity Platform Management teams, application development colleagues, and global partners to drive and implement best in breed metrics & measurement reporting, including dashboards, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and CMDB cleanliness routines in support of problem / incident / change management, risk / compliance governance oversight, and business resiliency. The ideal candidate will provide strategic thought leadership in increasing efficiency in our tools and processes and will be responsible for quality reporting to drive stability and business decisions around stability.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain reporting / metrics schedules and calendars.

  • Implement data quality metrics and data quality improvement routines.

  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, as well as interact directly with more experienced leadership and executive management.

  • Problem / Incident / Change Management:

  • Create, execute and maintain metrics and metrics dashboards.

  • Develop and implement appropriate level of daily/weekly/monthly reporting.

  • Provide trending data analyses specifically around incident management, detailing areas of opportunity and improvement.

  • Facilitate meetings, including follow up and closure of action items.

  • Identify and implement system/process efficiencies, lowering manual intervention where possible.

  • Influence continuous improvement of reporting analytics\metrics methodologies utilizing ServiceNow.

  • Other projects as identified.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of problem / incident / change management experience.

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow experience.

  • 2+ years of experience generating reporting content for Sr. Leadership

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Tableau and/or PowerBI experience.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.

  • Advanced skills in Confluence.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated advanced verbal & written communications skills.

  • Proven leadership skills & capabilities.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a customer first approach.

Job Expectations:

  • No Visa sponsorship or visa transfer

  • Onsite work required 3x weekly
