Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Program Manager – someone who gets excited about driving the innovation , operational readiness , and adoption of security governance across CSO, to consistently incorporate Microsoft's top-tier security standards.

As an ideal candidate, you will have hands-on experience with Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL), security related assessments, and/ or vulnerability management and prior experience with end-to-end large-scale project or program management . You will also have proven experience in managing large-scale security projects and rollouts across complex cross-org, cross-business, cross-disciplinary programs . A self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options and drive issues to resolution without compromising on quality. In addition, you are strategic yet capable of envisioning, documenting, and driving a very detailed, tactical execution effort while keeping stakeholders and senior leadership apprised of ongoing program health.

Planning

  • Collaborate with compliance teams and KPI owners to understand which KPIs will be a part of future Secure Future Initiatives (SFI) waves to quickly distribute updates to CSO Service Owners.

  • Understand and proactively articulates business impacts. Develops planning documents and drives discussions to action and ensure execution, managing ambiguity and complex scenarios. Works across teams to provide status updates, drive progress, and align business stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Supports tracking of deliverables and timeliness in workflow tools (e.g., ADO, Viva tools). Follows governance processes to ensure any possible changes/issues are socialized prior to implementation. Updates required documentation (e.g., SharePoint, newsletters).

  • Orchestrates program deliverables and requirements across stakeholders. Develops and maintains relationships with lateral stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations by identifying information to be communicated, providing communications, and driving action.

  • Drives mitigation of security alerts sent to senior leadership. Escalate stakeholder issues to senior leadership when appropriate. Identifies information to be communicated. Communicate with stakeholders to provide clarity and transparency.

  • Managing multiple communication channels, you'll regularly update stakeholders on key security initiatives rolling out and will create a plan of action to help all teams get to, and sustain, green on their security scorecard by having action items mitigated before deadlines. Provide project consultation support for teams concerning Shadow IT/Security setup.

  • Develop roadmap, define strategy and drive technical solutions for security initiatives while adhering to all compliance regulations.

  • Own, update, and maintain the Shadow IT SharePoint repository for stakeholder documentation and respond to support inquiries received via the Shadow IT mailbox.

Operational Efficiency

  • Continually identify ways to streamline processes and the usability of our evolving technology, including advocating for feature enhancements on behalf of users in front of product engineering teams.

  • Demonstrate proficient communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ensures cross-team dependencies are clearly documented and vendor team processes are established for escalations and/or ticket routing to partner teams as necessary (engineering, third-party technology partners) while maintaining SLAs.

Specialty Responsibilities

  • Adept at reviewing and quickly understanding new security guidelines and being able to articulate remediation steps to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Supports security and compliance of Marketing products/programs, policies, tools, and processes by providing governance, audits, consultations, and enabling self-sufficiency. Personally, abides by all compliance policies, processes, etc.

  • Build PBI dashboards to monitor business health and isolate key measurements (capacity impact, uptick in action items, monthly trends)

  • Ability to create wireframing and build strong use cases to propose tooling improvements across security tools to help reduce manual efforts.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, technical program management, technical project management, or related experience within security/IT

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience with security lifecycle development (SDL)

  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, across a wide variety of stakeholders and disciplines, earning trust and collaborating via multiple communication channels with team such as Engineering, Business Planning, Finance, Tech or Marketing partners

  • Experience with end-to-end large-scale project or program management and rollouts across a complex cross-org, cross-business or, cross-disciplinary program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience within security/IT

  • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, , technical program management, technical project management, or related experience

  • OR equivalent experience

  • CISSP CISA CISM SANS GCIA GCIH OSCP Security+ Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field OR 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, and anomaly detection

  • Experience with large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection, Security Operations Center (SOC) detection, threat analytics, security incident and event management (SIEM), information technology (IT), and operations incident response

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and programming knowledge is a plus (Python, R, SQL, ML)

  • 3+ years technology/process improvement experience

  • 2+ years project/vendor management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate across diverse groups and levels within the organization

  • Established success in relationship management, fostering trust and confidence among stakeholders, and influencing decisions throughout the organization in various contexts

Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
