JPMorgan Chase Site Trainer in Charlotte, North Carolina

JPMC is an industry leading provider for Public Sector Lockbox services for clients that are in the government space. Receivables Operations (RO) provides remittance collection services that receive payments from both individuals and businesses and provides state of the art technology, extensive check clearing network, ongoing expense reduction and timely updating of accounts receivables.

As a Site Trainer within Operations, you will deliver new hire and cross functional training to associates and leaders. You will learn the operations workflow as well as assess how emerging technologies will impact and change in the future state. You will manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment and interface with operations managers, training developers, and business analysts at all levels to ensure successful training implementations.

Job responsibilities

• Identify and implement appropriate training delivery methodology by content and audience

• Partner with division management, peers and other support teams to develop appropriate training content.

• Support the operation sites during system and production implementation of new procedures and processes

• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operations

• Schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participants

• Create presentations and informational videos that support business initiatives or project implementations

• Collaborate with business analysts, trainers, operations staff, and technology partners to deliver the documentations timely and accurately

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year practical experience working in an operation/production, a finance institution, or a fast-paced business environment

• Excellent writing, editing, organization skills, and strong attention to details

• Proficient competency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Minimum four years of experience in technical and/or soft skill training and development

• Professional instruction and presentation skills

• Ability to effectively deliver technical training content, as well as an ability to facilitate discussion through interaction and engagement

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and training development methodologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Fast learner - can adapt and acclimate to work in a new environment in a short period of time

• Strong sense of ownership in your personal and team deliverables

• High curiosity in learning more and asking why

• A drive for excellence and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet delivery timelines

Work schedule: Must be flexible to support a 7 day/24-hour operation. May generally work Monday - Friday.

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
