Hybrid Senior Accountant!

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing sector located in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. We are in search of a Sr. Accountant who will play a crucial role in our team. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be entrusted with tasks related to customer applications, customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. In addition, you will be expected to keep an eye on customer accounts and take necessary action when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• Review and prepare journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately

• Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

• Conduct account reconciliation, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in financial reports

• Perform balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring all financial statements are in alignment

• Carry out bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are accounted for

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting

• Operate SAP for accounting and financial management tasks

• Contribute to other aspects of accounting as needed.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Must have experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is essential.

• Must possess strong knowledge of General Ledger.

• Expertise in creating Journal Entries is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is required.

• Must be familiar with SAP software.
