Honeywell Sr Digital Mktng Specialist in Morris Plains, New Jersey

Reporting to the Energy and Sustainability Solutions (ESS) Director of Digital Marketing, the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist supports the technical execution and implementation of our marketing operations strategy. This role will be responsible for streamlining processes, removing barriers and maximizing the value of marketing programs across the division. Responsibilities range from managing digital marketing projects, overseeing the ESS MarTech stack, collaborating on email nurture campaigns, setting up campaign tracking, managing lead scoring, facilitating proper lead assignment, and reporting on lead and revenue performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems and be familiar with popular enterprise lead management frameworks. Marketo and Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day management and advancement of the ESS lead to revenue process across end user and channel marketing activities, working with marketing teams globally.

  • Work with key stakeholders such as customer marketing and sales excellence to implement best practices for lead conversion and form optimization, database segmentation and optimization, email nurturing, retargeting, integration, lead scoring and qualification, lead assignment, and other elements of the lead management process.

  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Work as a liaison between ESS functional teams and the digital team to ensure stakeholders are working in alignment to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness

  • Act as the first line of defense to diagnose any issues with the lead management process in Salesforce or Marketo and develop proactive solutions.

  • Manage ESS digital marketing projects to improve processes, systems and the technology stack for the business.

  • Act as an automation advocate for the ESS business and actively seek out automation opportunities.

  • Up to 10% travel required

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, digital marketing or project management

  • 2+ years of lead generation/management, lead scoring, lead nurturing and lead qualification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE:

  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems such as Marketo and Salesforce.com. Certification is a plus.

  • Ability to manage complex cross system data sets and translate data into insights and actions to improve lead management and execution of marketing activities.

  • Analytics and data visualization experience, especially with platforms such as Tableau and PowerBI.

  • Understanding of sales processes/cycles and operations.

  • Experience implementing/maintaining data governance models.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams across a geographically dispersed organization.

  • Proven experience in project management, coordination and collaboration

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • B2B Fortune 500 experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a global, highly matrixed organization
