Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be management and oversight of our fixed assets and involvement in various construction-in-progress (CIP) accounting duties. The ability to handle these specific tasks is necessary for the candidate’s successful performance in our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of fixed asset processes, including addition, transfers, and disposals.

  • Maintain and administer the construction-in-progress (CIP) accounting.

  • Perform and oversee fixed asset depreciation for financial reporting purposes.

  • Reconciliation of all fixed asset accounts.

  • Coordinate and perform asset physical count process.

  • Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing reports and schedules.

  • Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing fixed assets.

  • Solid knowledge of CIP accounting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
