Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant with a focus on Oracle for our Transportation Equipment Manufacturing team located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Staff Accountant, you'll be working on tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger management, Journal Entries, and Month End Close. This position will require your expertise in various software including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Fusion Financials, and Oracle Fusion HCM.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing accounts payable and receivable

• Conducting bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy in financial records

• Maintaining and managing the general ledger

• Preparing and posting journal entries to keep track of financial transactions

• Assisting with the month-end close process to ensure timely financial reporting

• Utilizing your expertise in NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Leveraging Oracle Fusion, Oracle Fusion Financials, and Oracle Fusion HCM for efficient financial management

• Assisting in other areas as needed, potentially including implementation projects or other financial areas beyond accounting. Requirements • Applicant must have proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is necessary

• Applicants must possess knowledge of General Ledger management

• Demonstrable ability to handle Journal Entries is essential

• Experience in Month End Close process is a requirement

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting purposes is required

• Knowledge of Oracle is necessary for this role

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a requirement for this position

• Applicants must have experience in using SAP for accounting

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion is necessary for this role

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials is a requirement

• Applicants must have experience in using Oracle Fusion HCM for accounting purposes
