A Technical Business Analyst job in Charlotte, NC is available at Belcan. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work closely with application owners to implement role-based security access to various applications. This role requires interaction with senior leadership, including VP levels, making strong communication capabilities essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with application owners to understand and define security requirements for role-based access.

· Analyze and document current access controls, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement strategies for enhancing security protocols across applications.

· Facilitate meetings and discussions with stakeholders to ensure security measures align with business needs.

· Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, including VPs.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Extensively utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.

· Provide training and support to application owners on new security protocols.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and create comprehensive reports.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· US Citizen or Green card holder

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
