Spectrum Technical Program Manager, Spectrum Enterprise in Charlotte, North Carolina

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing highly complex enterprise-wide programs and enhancements. You will recognize cross-functional impacts and review them with impacted stakeholders. You will focus on improving end-to-end efficiency and removing business friction.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends end-to-end solutions/best practices to improve technical processes and to alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication.

  • Leverages specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to optimize program strategy and develop recommendations for how to improve business efficiency.

  • Communicates effectively with leadership and other stakeholders on program direction and the impact of change.

  • Integrates across multiple projects and adjusts project scope, and timing, based on business needs.

  • Partners with business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals.

  • Participates in multiple forums (intake meetings, steering committee meetings, etc.) to identify competing priorities and potential redundancies.

  • Develops and executes best practices to optimize stakeholder engagement.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Seven or more years of project management.

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Skills: History of implementing program and project plans and monitoring progress, resource usage and quality. History of conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified.

  • Abilities : Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Spectrum Enterprise products, systems, and processes.

  • Spectrum Enterprise experience, preferably within operational, engineering, or front-line organizations.

  • Experience working with technology and the business to define process solutions that accommodate the longer-term evolution of systems and automation.

  • Experience translating complex business challenges into simple concepts and presenting to audiences of varying seniority.

  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
