The anticipated salary range for this role is between $179,000.00 and $230,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. As a Technology Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s technological landscape. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to drive innovation, efficiency, and value. Your expertise will guide us through large-scale transformations, ensuring that our technology aligns with our business goals and enhances overall performance.

• System Transformation and Modernization

• Assess existing systems, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize processes, enhance development practices, and optimize performance.

• Explore cloud services and other cutting-edge solutions to drive efficiency.

• ServiceNow Implementation

• Specialize in implementing ServiceNow, a powerful tool for IT service management, HR services, and compliance.

• Leverage ServiceNow to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in technology transformation or as a technology consultant

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in transformation of SDLC framework

• Certification or equivalent work experience with SAFe

• Hands on experience identifying and establishing stakeholder forums, reporting and communications

• Capital Markets experience

• Solutions based mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
