Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Timekeeping Specialist in the hi-tech engineering industry located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for various tasks related to timekeeping and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries through various channels such as phone, portal, and emails, and track requests using a Case Management Tool.

• Work collaboratively within a team environment, adhering to existing Policies & Procedures.

• Utilize multiple systems and applications to gather information to respond to inquiries within existing Policies & Procedures.

• Escalate situations that fall outside of existing Policies & Procedures when necessary to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions.

• Educate requesters on appropriate self-service channels, resources, and information as needed.

• Understand labor policies and Federal & State wage and hour laws.

• Perform calculations, reviews, and data entry to support the labor process.

• Analyze and resolve customer issues using strong problem-solving skills.

• Share feedback and insight on employee experiences towards the goal of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian software

• Ability to use CRM systems effectively

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Auditing skills

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Excellent communication skills

• Compliance knowledge in the hi-tech engineering industry
