Please review the following job description:

Manage Wholesale Credit Delivery (WCD) efforts to drive Wholesale Credit Delivery optimization and support overall process efficiencies. Lead engagement with the WCD Execution team focused around process procedures, teammate readiness efforts, and ongoing special projects specific to Credit Delivery. Engage in the planning, driving accountability and leading stakeholders through to effectively plan & execute the tasks, escalate and mitigate risks, and manage end to end execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage efforts and sub workstreams through end to end project management including but not limited to: standing up efforts/ sub workstream, prioritizing tasks and deliverables, ensuring creation of project deliverables, capacity management and monitoring risks with necessary mitigation escalation and backup plans.

Lead and own key initiatives for WCD: influencing a broad spectrum of partners to drive decisions and progress for WCD objectives while balancing optimization and execution goals

Advise leadership on prioritization and effective implementation through: clear guidance on objectives and priorities, execution of efforts and assignments, analysis of downstream impacts and risks, escalation and effective challenge of project issues, and mitigation recommendations

Provide partnership support of cross functional teams to manage execution: by working collaboratively with internal and external Wholesale partners to monitor traction and team performance to ensure assignments are implemented in accordance with the strategy and identified key milestones.

Support cross team execution through: partnership with the broader Wholesale Credit Delivery team and the Wholesale Enablement teams to drive decisioning and escalation for Truist e2e process/priorities and process flows.

Project manage and execute: special projects, other WCD sponsored projects, ecosystem and WCD projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrates strong mastery of all computer applications, inclusive of Microsoft Office software products.

  • Critical problem solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Knowledge of Commercial Credit Lending.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years in analyst/project support role

  • Strong Powerpoint and Visio skills

  • Experience working on business projectsCommercial lending or underwriting experience preferred
