Description/Job Summary

Job Duties

• Prepare cost estimates for small and large scale jobs.

• Complete job estimate by using specialized estimation software

• Analyze plan documents and other data to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates

• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work

• Calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overhead and profit, and presenting a final price

• Assist with bid closeout and final proposal preparations

• Assist with writing technical proposals
